- How can I get a catalog mailed to me or view an online version?
- Please visit our catalog request page to request your Volleyball or Wrestling catalog. You can also view our online edition on the same page by clicking on the desired catalog image.
- How do I navigate the product pages?
- After you've found a product you're interested in, click on it's image or name to view the details of the product. If the item offers sizes/colors, select the options you require and click the "add to cart" button.
- How do I checkout?
- After you've added the items to your shopping cart, click the "checkout" button in the upper-right corner of the page. The checkout page will show you all of the items in your shopping cart, collect your information for purchase and show you the estimated product, tax and shipping charges for the order.
- Where do I get tracking information for my order?
- If you want to track your order using our web site, you must create a user account and login before placing your order.
- If you do not wish to create an account but want tracking information please call a customer service representative for assistance in tracking your package.
- What is your return policy?
- We will gladly exchange/refund items that have not been used/worn and are in store bought condition with original packaging. We recommend that you try on shoes with clean socks on a carpeted area to determine if they fit correctly. Please return in the original item package (e.g. Shoe box).
- Do you offer free exchanges?
- Get the Right Fit, No Sweat. Free Exchanges Both Ways! If the size of an item you've ordered isn't quite right, we'll gladly exchange it for another size. No re-stocking fees or shipping charges on exchanges!
- What if my items were shipped incorrectly?
- If you receive an incorrect shipment, please notify us within 3 days so it may be corrected immediately. Used or soiled items are not returnable and will be rejected by our returns department. Shipping charges are non-refundable on all returned items. Custom clothing or decorated products are non-returnable and non-refundable for any reason. Items returned after 60 days for refund or credit will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

- Do you ship internationally?
- We will ship directly to Canada via FedEx at a flat rate of $34.95. Puerto Rico shipments are sent via USPS only.
- It's important to know that ASICS will not allow us to ship out of the United States under any circumstances. If you place an order which has ASICS products on it and you're attempting to ship the order to Canada or Puerto Rico, you will be contacted by our customer service department to adjust your order appropriately.
- What is your policy for shipping to Alaska & Hawaii?
- We can only ship to Alaska and Hawaii using 2 Day Express shipping or Next Day Air service from UPS. If you select ground shipping at checkout and you live in Alaska or Hawaii, your ship method will be changed by our customer service staff to 2 Day Air.
- Can you ship to a PO Box or an APO Address?
- We do not ship to PO Box it must be a physical address. If you have questions please give our customer service representatives a call!
- Yes we do ship to APO addresses
- Do you charge extra for heavyweight items?
- For items that are considered "heavyweight" or "oversized", like a volleyball cart. There may be extra shipping charges applied after your order has been placed. You will be contacted by our customer service department if they need to change your order.
- Do you offer express shipping?
- We offer the following shipping options:

- What do you accept as payment?
- If you want to place your order on our web site, you're able to pay using a VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit card. We also offer the option of checking out using your Amazon user account, so that you can use an already saved payment method from your Amazon user account. We also now offer PayPal as a payment method.
- If you've received a gift card/certificate, you're able to redeem that on the web; but only one gift card can be entered and you still must enter a credit card in case we have to charge you.
- When placing an order over the phone, you can use any of the credit card types mentioned above, but Checkout by Amazon and PayPal is not available. On top of paying by credit card, we're also able to process electronic checks by phone and will accept a check payment by mail. Orders with a mailed payment will not ship until the payment has cleared with our bank.
- Do you accept school POs
- Purchase orders must be submitted using fax and are only accepted from educational or governmental institutions which are solely responsible for all payment. Make sure to verify all of the criteria below before faxing the purchase order. If you're pre-paying your PO using a credit card, please make sure to download and fax our credit card authorization form and an order form.
- All purchase orders will be verified through the business/finance office. All prices are FOB, Worldwide Sport Supply will pre-pay shipping and handling and will add the cost to your invoice.
- To expedite your purchase, include an estimated 10% shipping and handling fee. Be sure to include the sizes and colors for any items you're buying and decorating instructions, if applicable.
- Each order will be acknowledged with an estimated shipping date based on the amount of work required; the shipping date is anticipated, but not guaranteed and Worldwide Sport Supply will not assume additional expense to expedite an order or delivery. We do not accept "at once delivery" purchase orders to be billed on future budgeted funds.
Please fax your purchase order to 1-800-550-6850, or mail it to 2809 Old Vestal Road, Vestal, NY 13850, meeting the following criteria:
- Pre-paid by credit card or check.
- Include an order form.
- Signed by finance officer or principle.
- Include phone number for purchasing or accounts payable on purchase order.
- Standard terms are Net 30 days.
Applicable sales tax will be charged on total merchandise including shipping & handling fees for orders shipped to New York State. We do not charge your credit card until the date we ship your merchandise to you. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
